I made 3 goals (or resolutions) for 2013:
--Be physically healthier
I want to lose 20lbs by the end of the year. This is tough because I have a hard time with self control when it comes to sweets!
--Do chores routinely
Ok, my isn't dirty it's just messy! This is what happens when you have a 1-year-old and a busy schedule. Things just don't get done! My goal this year is do the chores in a routine so that our condo stays clean all year round instead of once a month!
--Be financially healthier
I finished school with $40,000 in school loans. My husband and I have resolved to pay this off as quick as we can. I want this loan down to $30,000 by the end of the year. We are currently at $38,900. This means we need to pay approximately $1150/mo.
For this month of April, I am going to focus on being physically healthier. For this plan, I am going to use the Digest Diet which has worked for me in the past and proven to last (I've kept off 5lbs for 8mos). I am going to record the following daily:
-Weight
-Diet (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
-Exercises
-Daily Activities
-How I'm feeling about myself

Weight: 160lbs
Diet
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Half a cheese sandwich and candy
Dinner: Ham, potatoes, asparagus, rolls, and dessert
Snacks: Chips and candy
Exercise: None
Daily Activities: Easter Festivities
Today, I'm feeling...kind of awkward. My shirt wouldn't fit this morning and while I dressed up nice, I feel like a blob.
